Is Virtual Production entering a new phase?
We’re heading into year five since the pandemic gave LED walls their big break, and 2025 looks set to bring even more sparkle. Expect new VP-specific products, ever-smaller pixel pitches, and wider colour spaces—perfect for those mid-sized LED studios itching to open their doors. While film and HETV got the ball rolling, it won’t be long before YouTube creators and corporate players hop on board, as the tech keeps getting better, cheaper, and friendlier.
We’ll be sharing plenty of updates straight from the tech providers, studios, creators, and producers this year, so watch this space.
Thanks for all your stellar work in 2024; it’s been quite the ride, and 2025 should be even more thrilling.
